I gained more speed by switching from IE to Firefox. Does that mean anything? This is an HP netbook running XP. It has a dead battery and can only run on AC power. Every time the power plug gets jostled, it crashes. I probably have a corrupted OS. PC matic helped it increase from the bottom 17th percentile to the bottom 23rd percentile. It may not sound like much, but it is the difference between crawling on the floor to having a wheelchair!

I can say that when my computer was locking up, slowing down, slow internet searches, and slow downloads. After using PC Matic I was very happy reading and going through my emails when I get anywhere between 300 to 1,000 emails a day you can only wonder how long it would take me to read them. I purchased a license that covers five PC's. My family has four laptops and one desktop unit. Two of the four laptops were at a non function status. They no longer could properly boot or shut down. As a result, they were retired to the shelf. After running PC Matic, they were brought back from the dead. Now all my PC's are performing flawlessly. PC Matic is the best utility I've ever purchased. It protects against virus problems without slowing down on performance, Additionally, PC Matic automatically runs while continually tweaking my computers for optimal speed. After initial setup the product is excellent; however, commercials infer that someone, in fact, can put a disc in and in a flash you can set it up and it will fix your computer. In essence, you need a disclaimer on the commercial setup.

My speed has gone from lower 22% to top 49%. Boots up much faster. Gave me ideas of which items to uninstall (spent a lot of time on this, but it paid off in speedier downloads and much faster booting up.) I still have too much stuff on my hard drive for my system, but I am more than satisfied with the speed I've gained.

The one thing that impressed me was I had purchased a wireless printer and for some reason it kept going offline so I started using a cable, which made me unhappy, but none the less it worked. I thought I was going to have to just dump my old computer but decided to try PC Matic because I was able to get the free down load before my computer crashed once again. I got the computer back up with just long enough to buy the whole program and hurried with enough time to start the PC Matic program running. I was worries that it wouldn't work because my computer is so old and messed up. Now, however it is running without crashing and seems to be even faster than when I first got it. I have used Norton for my anti-virus protection for many years and, as far as I could tell, it worked. But, I never was able to see exactly what the scheduled scan actually did to make my computer safer. It came time to renew my Norton subscription, and I saw that it was going to cost $69. I had been seeing PCMatic ads on the Fox News channel regularly, and they peaked my interest, so I tried the free scan. I was impressed that the scan covered so many areas of my computer's performance and virus protection!! So, I went a step further to see how much it cost--$49...pretty good deal!!! So I subscribed, and I feel it has been a wise decision!!! I LOVE that every time a scan runs, I get a detailed evaluation of what actions were taken by PCMatic to make my computer run better and safer!! My computers have shown a definite increase in speed and efficiency!!! I like that you can license up to 5 household computers!!! I was using pc tools registry mechanic then migrated to pc tools performance toolkit. Just before my subsrciption ran out I got to hear and try out pc matic. I have gone through several registry cleaners and finally settled on one that I thought was the best and have used it for years. BUT... I have to admit, PC Matic is better.

Fine. Nothing to compare to. I turned it on one day and got and lot of gibbrish, rather that take it to repair shop, I tried PCM and have been satisified. Gibberish disappeared, computer works fine. Still on the slow side, but not sure if that's normal or just impatient me.

The TV ad said it would fix and speed up my computer BUT it didn't.. That's why I bought this product BECAUSE the ad said it would clean up my computer and make it run faster. It did none of these things. I feel like I wasted $50.00

Once I understood how to get the program working I loved the results. I had been so frustrated like the people in the commercials but now I am thrilled with the way my computer is working. I had a 'techy' guy come to the house and he only made a temporary fix.

I couldn't connect to the internet without a little adapter plugged in to my computer before I used PC Matic. Something went wrong with my wireless internet connection within the computer, but now since I have downloaded and used PC Matic, that little adapter is gone. Thanks PC Matic.

I downloaded PC Matic to my Laptop and an old Dell Desktop. Immediately, I saw significant improvement in my Laptop's performance. I saw a fantastic improvement in my old desktop. On both PC's I realized a much faster Internet Speed also.

PC Matic worked great in speeding up my computer, I was using Mc Affee for my anti virus program but this program locked up my maching. When I downloaded PC Matic and learne its features I removed Mc Affee.
