Purpose: VVSN.exe - WhenU is a global disktop advertising network that provides free software to users willing to view popup advertising. By downloading the software you give permission to WhenU.com to display relevant contextual information and offers. The software selects which ads and offers based on your browsing habits. It displays these popup ads and coupons while you are browsing. In the case of ClockSync, Windows XP users do not need a clock sync application since it is provided by Windows (double-click the time in the task bar). WhenU has made changes in its distribution practices and no longer uses third parties or bundling to distribute their product. Distribution appears to be in-house only and bundles only contain WhenU products. The WhenU license agreement, EULA, now makes it clear that advertising will be shown. If you have agreed to this form of advertising and don't find it intrusive then you need not remvoe it. However most identify this software to be intrusive and adware.
