Win Patrol

DIRECTCD.EXE - Provides support for writing to CD-RW discs formatted by EZ CD Creator. If disabled, it won't be possible to write to a CD-RW disc. If you don't plan to write to CD-RW discs, disabling this utility will save system resouces. Note that you can still write CD-R discs without this utility. In some cases, utilities that depend on DirectCD will launch it if they determine it isn't already running.
