SISTRAY.EXE - A tray icon that lets you set some features on SiS video drivers. Not necessary, and should be removed using MSConfig unless you like its shiny icon. Note: There is also a virus (Trojan.Prova) that uses a file with the name of sistray.exe, but this file has vendor information that indicates it is not that virus.
