PC Pitstop Exterminate

Tbpssvc.exe installs with Neo Toolbar adware. You'll also find a file called tbpssvc.exe and msqsb.dll on your system.

Files called tbpssvc.exe, tb_setup.exe and toolbar.dll may appear in your c:\Program Files\Toolbar\ folder. These files are a variant of the Huntbar adware. TB_Setup.exe is the installer for the HuntBar IE Toolbar. It installs both tbs.exe and toolbar.dll.

To remove the file, first, go to Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) Select the Tab labeled PROCESSES, look for any of these and see if they exist, if so please highlight or right click and select END PROCESS!. While there, look for any files that appear to be a random collection of letters and numbers. Kill those files as well. Next, remove tbps.exe from your Startup Programs using MSConfig (Start | Run | Msconfig) After this, search and delete the file msqsb.dll.

Also, go to Task Manager again and kill the following files: btein.dll, btlink.dll, stoolbar.dll. Next, go to your Startup programs to remove tbs.exe and tb_setup.exe. Finally go to Windows Explorer, search and remove the following files: toolbar.dll, btein.dll, btlink.dll and stoolbar.dll.
