9/30/2018 4:49:42 PM On May 31, 2017, I tried to find & download a driver for my HP printer to this new laptop. I went to HP site & a pop-up window came up offering to help... you know the rest. Despite my knowing better, I thought it would be okay to let them take remote control of my computer BECAUSE IT WAS PART OF HP SERVICES & THEY KNEW I WAS LOOKING FOR AN OUTDATED DRIVER. It became clear it was a scam when they asked for money. They claimed my computer had a lot of viruses & malwaare which scared me. They showed me screens of them. But they got a little hinky about my questions regarding providing me with the HP printer driver. I hung up, closed my internet connection, shut down my computer for over a year. Last night i did factory restoration. Today, after much research on your product, I purchased it. Hopefully, it will protect my computers & phone from this point forward, barring any further lapses in judgement on my part. Thank you in advance for the peace of mind. Sincerely, Maureen M

7/18/2017 1:54:34 PM I have a persistent problem with the sound from the internal speaker or through the output jack. I have run the pre-boot diagnostics and the speaker sounds there, but not after booting into Windows 10. I can get sound through headphones plugged into a USB port and through a Bluetooth device, but not otherwise.
