1/5/2010 2:32:25 PM When I bought this computer there was 2 anti virus programs already set up. . One was Webroot which expired Dec.17 2009. Trend microvirus would expire in Dec.12 of 2010. But you got rid of it. I need an anti virus program now. my daughter-in-law said to go through Mediacom to get their antivirus program.

4/2/2010 10:31:20 AM This Gateway and Vista platform seem to have bugs that cause Internet Explorer and media player to quit responding. I am not technologically literate enough to figure out the problem and do not get satisfactory responses from tech support.

8/1/2010 12:27:56 PM I got a virus in May 2009...I just did a complete system recovery and bought your PC Tune-up Program. I have Windows Vista, I will be replacing it with Windows 7. I will install your Security Suite when it arrives in a few days. If this doesn't work I am buying a new computer and it won't be a Gateway.

6/14/2012 5:40:00 PM Its slow. It freezes up. Sometimes it is unable to start things for no apparent reason. Sometimes it changes my homepage and makes it very difficult to get rid of the one it gives me.
