Of course just yesterday, someone decided to "reformat" my entire hard drive without asking me and I ended up losing so much valuable information. And, decided to put WIN XP PRO on it< that now, I'm finding because it's a volume type OS, I'm not able to activate it. They claim it's been used too many times and they feel that it's not genuine. Now, I'm stuck. I used to just love my puter. Now, I just want to throw it in the trash

11/5/2009 10:05:09 AM When bought initially I had a lot of trouble over the first two years, it used to run very slowly and took ages to boot up. However, these days I am very satisfied and now it generally it starts up very quickly (touch wood) and runs efficiently.

11/23/2009 4:01:51 PM I think it's corrupted. I took it in to PC LAptops and it's acting the same. They installed McFee but it's still not working properly. And the hard drive can be very loud.
