9/1/2010 11:06:11 AM This PC worked well for the first 5 years, but over the past year it has started running more slowly, and now it frequently acts as if it can't perform some simple operations. It doesn't completely lock up, but we reboot it when it gets very slow, and sometimes it runs much better after the restart.
