12/7/2009 12:00:06 AM Part of my problem is the fact that I live in a mobile home park and all the phone lines are from the 1920's. I decided to get rid of QWEST phone and go with CRICKET since I only get 31.1 KBPS it's awful!! As soon as I become more familiar w this new venture I'm hoping to be a little smarter. I will then be able to make a smarter decision. I've used PC Pitstop before and have been satisfied. Thank you

5/12/2014 6:26:01 PM To me, it's just a PC that allows me to conduct business transactions with my bank and lenders; it allows me to keep up-to-date with the fishing websites that I follow. I'm NOT a "heavy" user, I don't send or receive a large number of emails. I use this device perhaps three times/weekly. But because of its age and number of required Windows "fixes" and other downloads, it has become quite slow, which is VERY aggravating! I hope your software does as your CEO promises in the TV ads. We shall see. If not, I'll simply "fire" you. Smile and breathe now.

10/10/2009 9:05:08 AM computer started running very slow a few months ago and has gotten pprogressively worse. I frequently run disck cleanup, defrag, etc. but it doesn't seem to help much. Also run McAffee and Spy Sweeper regularly.
