I change the disk from read to other than read but it always reverts back to read only. The disks are clearly RW disks though but won't function as one. That is why I bought this product because the guy told me it would take care of everything for me. |

I have to hold the start button in for 10 - 15 seconds just to get the computer to shut down. Then when the computer is turned on it takes at least 8 mins or more for everything to come up and we have only used 10% of the hard drive space. Not sure what is going on and don't want to send it back to compuware/tigerdirect. Also, I'm a ca employee and know that you can help. |
