| 7/26/2011 11:41:08 PM | when I boot up the light stays lit and the computer grinds away but I'm not going anywhere. After an hour the light goes out and it works fine. Then at night it gets hungup again and have to al/control/delete again. Oh when I downloaded pcmatic it went fine untill i went to run the program. The screen with the little gears came up and said its loading but then an error popped up and says....File:default.htm? version=1311738115156 line1734 error 'REG'is null or not an object. And then the little gears just keep turning and nothing happens. so i have to use alt/control/delete to stop the process. The above two questions is why i tried to use your program ...Thank you Ted my email is retiredguy5203@yahoo.com hope you can help thank you |

We are satisfied with our Dell computers and very satisfied with Customer Service. I have 1GB Memory on order for this PC (awaiting delivery at this time). I beleive the added memory will greatly improve all functions I routinely use. |

I don't do anything sophisticated with the computer; running videos from the 'net is the most strenuous thing it does. |

It needed another fix during the extended warranty period. But for the last three years it has run perfectly until now when it is running very slowly. It has two RUNDll errors which are missing c:\WINDOWS\xtijimelumo.dll and oveutewot.dll, both just recently. I dowloaded IE 8 yesterday and the computer wouldn't run at all until I uninstalled it. When I need a new computer I will buy from Dell again. |

When the CA scanning program is working or programs are updating, it is nearly impossible to use any other programs or work on the computer. I do not want to have to choose between my updates and scans and my work! This computer often has problems shutting down. It lists error reports and does not shut down. |

Only upgrades have been a secondary HD about a year after purchase and 2GB of RAM cannibalized out of another dead machine sometime last year. I have a P4 CPU to install as well, the Celeron chip has always been weak - though it does get the job done for what I use it for. |

I upgraded RAM from 700+ MB to 2GB. This helped a lot. Boot up still slow. I purchased a new processor from ebay - it should arrive soon - only $12. I ditched IE and now use Safari - HUGE difference. But still, it performs much slower than it should. The rep at TigerDirect said most problems were software related, and that PC Tune-up would fix it. It better; remember I just spent $40 on software for an old computer. |

This pc's system restore has misising and or corrupted ini file(s?)related to that as well as another corrupted file. Have had Kaspersky Pure installed appr.10 days. I get white screens in games at fb in Opera/G chrome/ IE- 7 or 8, whatever this pc is using, and in Firefox's most current version. It's old & I don't overexpect of it. I am also using at&t dsl service which is flat out piss poor in my location. At GRC I have done a DNS benchmark recently. Wish I could create an account now for this pc and save this info & the test results. |
