However the 500 GB crashed for some reason. This was in storage so I started using it. I can't see very well so using a laptop is out of the question. SO, if this can be configered with the latest "stuff" for this model, I will be satisfied. |

I did not use the Dell word and excel packages suplied with the computer as I already had the software which I installed after I received the PC. Can this annopyance be easily fixed? |
