So we do another reBoot, the HD then IS recognized and everything is fine for a week or two?? Who knows? |

The hard drive activity light on computer's front panel is always on and lit solid green, even from the second I reboot the computer and it powers back up. I really can't say if it was always on before, but I don't believe so. |

If I would be better off buying or building a new computer I have no problem with doing that. The information on it is very important to me. I am an accountant and have over 12 years of programs and files on this system. At times I will have to prepare multiple years of tax returns so they are all still relavant. I do not know if I need to clean this one up, replace something on this one, or buy a new one. Any advise is appreciated. |
