Called Mcafee & they removed viruses, called Dell & they did some troubleshooting, Comcast came out & checked the connection speed. Added 3 gigs of RAM to a max of 4 gigs. Seems to run slow when connected to the Internet and the performanence jumps to 70% or better of cpu usage when on the net |

My biggest issue right now is that I cannot use any item in 'control panel' except for 'administrative tools'. I am unable to resolve this issue because I don't know what caused the problem or where to find out what caused the problem. |

Working back and forth with one of your techs (Vince) I now have my Main HP LaserJet 1020 working. I have tried to reinstall Adobe Element without success. Also after running PC Matic I only had a 1 week ago restore point that did not work. I have expanded the memory for restore points and am still looking for a way to restore Adobe Element Printer so that I can convert Office documents to PDF form. |

Doesn't matter that I'm using an old version (3.6.23) of Firefox, version 17 is just as bad, and version 12 not great either. Not sure how to analyze for problem. |
