So, since I had purchased your protection in January, I felt I should re-install and try you again. I had Norton before and I selected you folks as you promised a faster working computer. Or even more annoying is the way it is slow at opening a page, that it should easily be able to open for such a relatively new pc. |

I installed PC Tune-Up. This has cost me several hundred dollars and you can not fix it. I was told, when I purchased this unit, that I would have on site service. It turns out that is only 50% true. You provide on site service for mechanical problems but not for software of firmware problems. I told everyone from the sales person to the maintenance people that I know very little about computers however you insist that I fix my problems with your phone support. This has not worked. |
