| 10/3/2010 12:43:30 PM | I have Win7 and do not like when I move a browser or a note pad near the top it jumps to a full screen. I hate that. If I want full screen I would click on the full screen tab. Firefox crashes far too often for any programmer to brag on it. I dislike any program that does what it wants and not what I want. That is when I want to stomp a programmer in the crotch with golf shoes on as I figure that is where his brains are. |

| 12/9/2009 12:05:50 PM | How sad, this is the only place I can leave a message. I've been registered here for years, yet when I got to site feedback it will not recognize my name and password. WHY? I have used Firefox for years and have done numerous tests using FF. Firefox is sluggish and I thought these test would help. But no, you want to me download some program from Davy Jone's Locker (remember King Neptune?) to use FF in the tests. WHY? So I had to dredge up IE and run the tests there. Didn't help me with FF at all. Seems the more you try to improve the more frustrating it gets. WHY? Walt wyoungsr@peoplepc.com |

| 3/8/2010 4:18:25 AM | Computer was running fine until a month or so ago. Then it started to run slow. It would suddenly shut down. I ran 2 types of virus software and could find nothing. I tried system restore and that didn't solve the problem so I ran system recovery which still didn't solve the problem. I called support and they suggested I try PC Tune-Up Plus so I purchased it from them. By the time I received it, the computer was running fine again, but I'm now starting to have the same problems as before. |

| 12/30/2009 7:13:27 PM | my computer has roxio creator and is very slow about ripping and copying the disc.I first had speeds around 48x and now I am working at the rate of 10x or less. what could be wrong?My computer is brand new and is very powerful. It has a triple core processor and loads oF memory. there are no programs other than those that come with WINDOW'S 7. |
