I believe they told me that it was like a dual core, but I'm not sure. Maybe you can assist me in determining what I have because I have had some problems with it and may want to purchase a replacement processor for it. It does run slowly at times and I believe that your software, Optimize 3.0, has helped. Sometimes, when it runs slowly, rebooting does help it. I just don't think I should be having this type of problem with it. Anyway, thank you for any help you might be able to provide. |

It's a dell, not and HP, and though it's a fast computer due to the memory components and hard drive from my old computer (which had broken down, and which I implimented into this one) the graphics card is a piece of junk, I can't play games; and I can't even dos boot it on account of it being a dell-- not an HP. |
