1/1/2011 1:48:35 PM the computer when booting opens to a dark screen and I have to reboot in safe mode, then when it opens I restart and it opens to a blue screen. I believe it is the ATI Radeon video card. product code AT4870 my service tag is 4BZLRJ1 and both Dell and Microsoft have never been able to fix it. so whenever I start up my computer I have to restart 2-3 times to get a blue screen instead of a dark screen. other than that, the computer is great.
