Now, after running PC Tune-up four times because the program kept coming to terminal hang-ups which required re-booting, our twenty inch flat screen has been reduced to a virtual 8x10 inch screen with miniture character fonts and icons. Yes, we are far worse off than before trying this product. |

More advanced operators can glide over it or sail past it. I don't care. They do it anyway. I would ask that Dell accomodate for more signage on their key-boards. This may be an insignificant request for many. For in-stance, I have wished for the "cents" sign many times. There are definitely others in this category which do not come to mind at the moment. In another 'category', would be language signs. I text and demonstrate internationally. Many others will join my group as time goes on. Specific requests? diairisis(?)- two dots over a letter. Ability to accent over a given letter. Thanks for making this opportunity available. |

We have covenant eyes installed to help monitor usage and it is what has seemed to fail and cause connection problems, however it started after PC Matic was utilized. |
