| 3/25/2011 11:25:07 AM | It's about 6 years old and the disk drive runs excessively at times and slows down the computer, often have to wait for some time for some programs to open. TweetDeck for Twitter often stops responding, for example; even Internet Explorer does that. |

| 4/24/2010 8:09:11 AM | - unable to access programs - very slow downloads and responses - freezing applications as well as many progrms appearring to be moved to difference folders - too many duplicate files on backups done on C drive - Many problems runnung explorer 8 with XP - always crashing, program not running. unable to shut down system using proper method. Experience hesitation, slow response and problems accessing programs when some Microft updates have been downloaded. Ran Microsoft Security essentials - fount "Problem:win32/starware" in one of my backup files. currently in QUARRANINED for removal. There are also regisrty errors, duplicate entries and program downloads. |

| 5/6/2009 9:42:38 AM | besides customer service issues; PF usage and ram is a joke; upgraded to 3gb of ram but still freezes up on flash like its 256mb. Connection problems possibly relating to ping make downloading and surfing difficult as my connection seizes for minuets at a time if i do too much too fast. |
