Everytime I log into my e-mail, my comcast.net home page starts blinking and I get a message at the bottom of the page which is sz0025.ev.mail.comcast.net and then smartzone mail.comcast.net. I spent time on the phone w/them trying to correct this to no avail. I tried all 5 e-mail accounts and none worked. However, when I went on my daughter's computer, I was able to log onto my e-mail account w/no problems

4/27/2010 7:48:36 PM Since Saturday,4/10/10, I can no longer back up my files to an external DVD disc. I have done this using Windiws Live One Care for 3 years without a problem. I get an error code "The system cannot find the file specified 0x80070002." I also have tried to do it through sytem maintenance via the control panel and get the same error message. Can you help me?

10/26/2011 8:46:22 PM I have had problems with computer for past 6-8 months and had loggon on to PCMatic 3-4 months ago for fix. Paid $$s for what I though was PCMatic (from your web window) to Uniblue and had absolutely no service - what a scam. So i am trying one more time. If this purchase doesn't fix as you advertise, I'll file with BBB, consumers protection and any other group to get satisfaction.
