4/16/2010 12:15:06 PM Running Windows 7, my only frustration is the recent problem with PC Matic hanging during the Malware scan and not being able to quickly clear the problem as I have not been able to use the delete.bat file or find the directory paths your support has suggested. On the other hand the response from Support has been impressive thus far.
