6/3/2009 11:15:04 PM This computer used to be very fast and surfed the internet smoothly. Now it is somethimes fast and sometimes slow (more slow than fast). I have Norton anti-virus and internet protection and seems to be operating correctly. According to my internet/cable company, I have the fastest internet service they provide but something is still not right.....

11/26/2008 1:46:46 AM Obviously an outdated system but has also been a very solid performing computer for about 5 years now. It is becoming slow only because newer applications require faster processing ability. Otherwise it still performs as if it were new.

12/22/2009 9:46:38 PM Just reformatted it after the taskbar and programs weren't responding almost everytime they were used; everything works great now (until, of course, the cycle repeats as this was the second reformat for this reason). Seems as if the Windows registry gets bloated to a point where it lags behind.

9/15/2010 8:25:42 AM Slow to start.I don't know if the malware program I installed has virus protection. I keep receiving a notice that I don't have virus protection, but hesitate to download another one that might interfere and slow down the one I already have, if, indeed, I do have virus protection. I am disgusted with all the porn and other junk mail I receive in emails. I don't know how to stop the new ones from coming.
