2/12/2013 12:59:16 PM Just runs very slowly. I also got this message; "An error oc curred while trying to replae te existing file. Delete File failed; code 5. Access is denied. Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended) or Abort to cancel installation." The trouble is, I don't have an existing file. Today is the first time I bought this program, When I clicked on Retry, the error message would disappear momentarily, only to reappear again. Since the eror message was superimpose over this screen, the only way I could get back to this screen was to click on Abort.
