3/17/2012 11:57:10 AM When I downloaded the software the first time, it didn't fix all the problems. I had to buy additional software to fix part of the problems. I eventually had to reimage my computer and reinstall the software.

4/29/2011 8:24:11 PM I start this computer and it shuts off by itself. I think it's very messed up. However, I do a lot of drawing projects for clients and need it to be working smoothly. It also mentions the word "kernel" when shutting off. Help?
