| 10/31/2010 6:11:21 PM | Initially, hard to benchmark as the W6409 didn't appear on PC Pitstop until 2007-08, I was more than happy with my new PC. However, last year, out of the blue, PC stopped shutting off and cd/dvd drive (E:) disappeared from profile for months. Then suddenly reappeared with a J: designation but still must be unplugged to turn off. Tech friend says, "Its not unusual" and I say,"B.S.!" Any suggestions? Needs BIOS update, too. Locks up once every 3-4 mos. |
