4/21/2013 4:23:09 AM +My system crashed after last tweek. Did not have access to services or device. Had to do a complete reinstall of XP. Tried to contact you and there is no phone number available. Very disatified with no direct customer support. Have used your product for several years with no problem till now. Would have expected better support. Running program now to check drivers but don't plan to use the program in the future. Would like a full refund of the product as it hasn't worked since I repurchased this year because of active x errors. When I finally got it to work it messed up my system.
