I thought maybe it was my fault so I tried again for another year, but in November 2012 my computer crashed and I lost everything. I don't know why the problem wasn't taken care of by PC Matic before it crashed but I am hopeful befor this year is up I will have some satisfaction. It would be nice if I could talk to someone.
