I want to get rid of everything on this computer that is not necessary to its efficiency. I understand that if I am not satisfied with the performance of this software, I can return it for a full refund. |

| 10/28/2010 6:16:35 PM | Something went wrong with my attempt to uninstall MS Office. Also, the free anti-virus program I installed (from Avast) seems to have caused problems. I uninstalled the Avast anti-virus program and things improved but MS Office still won't uninstall. Which may be causing some of my problems. |

I am hoping your product can prevent this from happening. |
