Contacted Microsoft Support and spent approximately 17 hours without any success. This is the reason I've had to do a new install and purchase this Windows OS7, which I did not want to do but had no other alternative. |

Customer Service sucks, even after I pay my $100 to help with problems with OS. They are lame and do not seem to know what to do, as if they are reading out of a book on what to do. |
