11/19/2012 9:40:38 AM As with my laptop, this PC (desktop) is slow and very sluggish. It temporairly freezes at times. It is so slow that my husband, a computer novice, gets very impatient and will not use it. Thank you for any help you might provide. Have had this PC checked out for $200.00 and is not any better.
