8/16/2010 2:08:24 PM We haven't had any real issues with the computer, per-se. Our great dissatisfaction has been with the MicroSoft Vista operating system that was pre-loaded on the unit. Our tech insists that the operating system has been the root cause of the operating problems we've experienced.

3/5/2010 10:19:32 AM Problem with configuration of my printer software. It stops at 96% when configurating and says it's a fatal error. Which means the software won't install completely and am unable to use some of its features, I think its because of Windows Vista. I have an HP CPU unit and the printer is also made by HP. I've been into computers since 1972. So I do know what I'm doing.
