6/11/2012 4:31:12 PM Its taken 1 week to get past the purchase ssscreen and it saying pc matic is loading I already did a scan that encouraged me tho buy the service I thought after purchasing it would let me install and fix I then emailed back to the confirmation address with no response so far no fix has taken place.
