7/5/2012 10:12:06 PM One of my biggest complaints is that my speakers don't work. They did for a while but not for too long. The only thing I can figure is that I keep getting prompts to enter a product code when opening some videos. I have tried entering the number labelled "product code" on the housing of my computer but it won't take that. I don't know if it's an HP or a Microsoft problem and can't seem to find out. When I look at the drive I'm told that it is working. Obviously I'm not a "techie" and really am confused.
