12/22/2011 8:16:38 PM I purchased PC-Matic because it has a good reputation, and my Windows 7 64 bit will not respond normally when a Restart is requested. I've been told this is probably a driver problem. A Restart shuts down the computer and restarts only as far as the Boot ROM (Blue) screen before it locks up. However, if the system is then powered off for a period of time, it will boot normally again and perform normally as long as it is not restarted or powered down. Can you help me fix this?

1/8/2013 6:36:39 AM This is the same HP computer as listed 3 times on PCMatic. I had problems with two new hard drives supplied by the manufacturer. This is the third one. Hope this one works and lasts a good while. Don't know why with the backup and recovery that PCMatic lists them as 3 different computers. It's just the same HP computer that I've had for 1 1/2 years now.

And other things like my e-mail not displaying correctly,.I equate some of the strange things to the fact that this is a 64 bit machine.Sometimes the screen goes blank,and I have to go to the task manager to get back to where I was. Just wierd stuff like that. Should take it back. Had it about a month.
