6/18/2011 10:56:22 AM i am finding high download reports from my service provider and i did not do it. norton says: unused port blocking has blocked communications. inbound tcp connection...etc. it also says: ip address has disappeared from adapter so & so. packet scheduler miniport is no longer being protected etc.
