7/12/2010 7:20:00 PM When I bought this software I was told it would fix the following problem. This computer will not shut down or reboot, you have to turn the power off. The PC stops at "WINDOWS IS SHUTTING DOWN". This comment will be there day after day. I have to reboot the computer to go back in. Rogers tell me it's a problem with explorer. reinstalling explorer does not help. Also the PC locks me out of the internet quite frequently and i have to shut off and turn on the modem to get it back.
