| 11/6/2011 12:42:48 PM | I believe this system has a bug which started october 12th when windows did a system reboot after a critical update... anti virus is up to date but hasnt found anything, anti malware is up to date and hasnt found anything. I have a licensed copy of Exterminate 2 installed but I have not been able to get a scan completed since purchasing the license. Before purchasing a license for Exterminate 2, a free scan was completed and 1 trojan was found but needed a license to remove. After license was purchased scans do not complete at all. I have tried scanning in both normal and safe mode but as soon as a scan starts, my system shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Exterminate 2 several times with no change. Exterminate 2 is the only program I have used that has actually found anything on my system but that was before purchasing a license. |
