| 11/7/2011 3:29:06 PM | I was dissatisfied with the hard drive installed on the Acer. It has been replaced twice in the last four years. When I looked online, I found that the Hitachi hard drives are inherently faulty in that the arm sticks. I recently replaced it with a Seagate SATA drive, so I anticipate better performance with this one. |

My program uninstalling programs only show some of what is on my computer, but not everything. my hard driver is crushing i think. and i am not sure if i have the right year on when it was purchased.
