The Dell Studio 1735 belongs to desktop replacement category of notebooks. and because of that, most of its characteristics are predetermined. The 1735 comes in configuations up to Intel® CoreTM 2 Duo processors and has a high definition 17 inch widescreen LED display. Other features include Surround sound capability with subwoofer and built in wireless card. Weight of the 1735 starts at 7.87 lbs and is it available in a variety of colors and artist designs. It also contains a built-in 2.0 webcam and can be configured with either a 8X slot load CD/DVD Writer or a 6X slot load Blu-ray/CD/DVD combo drive.

10/29/2010 6:59:54 PM the one issue I have with it is it says it has a 3d video card, but it really doesn't. its an onboard graphics system, which some games dont see as a 3d card, thus making them unplayable.
