I bought it from Best Buy and I do have "Geek Squad" - Black Tie coverage, but haven't had time to bring it in to be fixed - too busy to leave it for an extended period of time. |

| 2/24/2010 6:33:13 PM | I just got it today, 23 Feb 10. Today, 24 Feb 10, I ran the Extended Hard Drive Test and the computer sate for almost two hours at 21% complete on the first test. I called Toshiba and the tech told me that that was not normal and the hard drive was defective and the computer needs to be replaced. I've had IE8 freeze on me several times just today and yesterday. This is not a reliable computer, much to my dismay. |

| 2/20/2010 7:27:16 PM | It's just out of the box today, 17 Feb 2010, so I haven't any complaints about it. It's running fine and I have no reason to doubt that it won't continue to do so. It's an excellent computer. Today, 18 Feb 2010 I've had nothing but problems with the computer. I had an error message yesterday, which I tried to get resolved today. Today the computer froze while I was in the middle of one operation. I had to do a restart and that's not a good sign after only one day. |
