12/1/2010 11:25:13 AM I am very satisfied with my Lap Top, it's an Acer Aspire. The only time I ran into problems was when I had Verizon DSL, I used there Virus & mailware that is offered by them through Verizon DSL. I had ALOT over 200 viruses they let through. I waSN'T A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL. ROAD RUNNER IS GREAT!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

7/9/2011 2:00:26 PM Was a decent enough computer when I bought it. Just needed something to hold me over. Over time it has experienced typical problems that and old laptop will experience. Just looking to see where I am. It doesn't meet my requirements hardware-wise, so I am going to be a little hard on it and exaggerate on how much "it sucks".

9/13/2010 12:23:26 PM The computer is slow but the service from CA is worse. I just bought an update for my daughter who let her security expire. Everytime I try to install what I bought it says this is not the correct program for your pc and takes me right back to what I bought. I can't get help from CA unless I pay another $20 Someone needs to help me or reverse my charge.
