11/16/2012 3:07:57 PM at this moment after the scan I have not yet used the computer to know what needs to be done or said. I am a person that is in school and for the past four weeks I have been having problems downloading the software that is needed for the class and I did add an anti-virus plan. Now just getting things clean..I will try to keep you all up dated on how things are going. Thank you.

1/8/2011 10:36:19 AM I installed a new OCZ SSD and additional RAM to take it to 4GB and reinstalled Vista from ACER Recovery Disks, installed Driver Detective and installed latest drivers, but the computer runs very slow. Kaspersky Labs AV was installed and I think it is interfering too much since installed (used recommended settings), Google Side bar flashes when Kaspersky AV is downloading updates (didn't get this with Trend Micro on XP, which is what I initially installed on the computer to try out the SSD). The unit ran faster on XP, but came from factory with Vista Basic. The unit has Athlon 64 CPU, ATI Radeon X1200 video, 4GB of OCZ RAM.

2/14/2011 2:35:38 PM Installation of Windows Vista Home Basic slowed down the computer, it originally had XP SP2 installed. A check of the hardware for compatibility was done and all checks out OK.

7/16/2011 3:56:06 PM YOUR PC Tune-up SOFTWARE won't perform any fixes after I do the scan that says I have 24 issues . It's made me do 3 scans and input my e-mail address AND THE ACTIVATION CODE 3 times and all it says is "your results could not be transferred, please scan again". So far I'm not very impressed with your PC Tune-Up software. Please help thanks dc
