Hate the software companies making heavier and heavier software that pigs out on resources no matter how big the hardrives are or how much RAM is installed or how fast the CPU is. Also hate the manufacturers deciding that equipment is obsolete a couple of weeks after you buy a new pc. This computer itself (Acer Code Name: Gemstone Blue) is absolutely beautiful and they do not make the like it now. It was a special model made exclusively to celebrate the grand opening of the new BestBuy Store in Nanaimo, BC, Canada.

5/20/2013 1:09:01 PM Some periferals no longer work (fingerprint reader and volume touchpad) due to driver/virus issues. Had to be sent away after formatting because of the way drivers/operating system had to be installed - frustrating when a user can't install and upgrade thier own operating system and drivers.
