The Acer Aspire One is a line of subcompact notebook computers, or netbooks, released in July 2008 by Acer Inc. It is based on the Intel Atom platform, which consists of the Intel Atom N270 processor, Intel 945GSE Express chipset which only supports 2 GB of RAM and Intel 82801GBM (ICH7M) I/O controller. The A110 model ships with an 8 GB or 16 GB solid-state drive (SSD).

I only had a time or two where the small screen size caused me to be unable to see the complete screen when playing a video game or a pop up window in a program wouldn't be completely seen. |

Some Programs can not be loaded such as the Encyclopedia Britanica because the resolution of the screen is not large enough. Some software programs such as Meriams-Webster's Dictionary Loads up but you cannot get to the window at the bottom of the screen to register the product! |
