12/29/2010 11:36:08 AM I LIKE THE LAPTOP BUT I COLLECTED A BUNCH OF JUNK THAT WAS SLOWING IT DOWN OVER THE COURSE OF TIME. I THOUGHT I PURCHASED PC MATIC BUT FOUND OUT I HAD DOWNLOADED PC PIT STOP OPTIMIZE 3. I DIDN'T REALIZE WHAT HAD HAPPENED UNTIL I WANTED TO RUN IT ON MY DESK TOP TOO. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE OPT.3, SINCE IT DID HELP MY LAPTOP. I STILL AM NOT SURE IF THE PC MATIC IS ONE STEP UP FROM THE OPT.3 BUT STEVE HOGAN/TECH SUPPOT CREDITED ME BACK AND TOLD ME TO GO WITH PC MATIC. ERGO, HERE I AM. BARBARA MAGRO

11/20/2011 4:03:59 PM Computer has been fine, except I noticed that sometimes when I typed ' I got an e with a french accent. Also task manager wasn't opening properly. I called Asus and they recommend I reconfigure the hard drive. After that was done I called CA to get anti virus re installed and have spent the bulk of the day with your company. Thanks, Mike

4/1/2010 5:05:37 PM Internet Explorer 7 (don't use IE8 due to compatibility & performance issues) VERY FREQUENTLY has issues w/ dispaly; drivers are updated; favorites & URL areas, for example, need to be hovered-over w/ mouse to reveal. Lots of IE crashes; EventViewer/log inconsistent and gives only generic event ID's. Autoplay (for CD/DVD) is slow to register/popup.
