9/2/2010 1:28:18 PM When I boot system it always wants to boot from network for some reason. I then have to go into BIOS and reset, then it will boot normally. When I am typing the touch pad seems to pick up on my palm and move the cursor to unexpected places on screen. Customer service for ASUS seems lacking in knowledge or at least willingness to assist in problem solving without having to send unit in to them.

1/17/2011 6:10:36 PM We bought CA Virus & CA PC Tune up. I can’t install either. First CA Virus can’t uninstall Trend Micro & I can’t either so CA Virus will not go any further. Similar problem with CA PC Tuneup, except after going thru set up, it wants to sell me the CA PC Tuneup again with no other options available. I already paid for both but purchasing them hasn’t given me the use of these software! Go figure, HELP, or Give me a refund.

12/14/2012 10:35:38 AM the comercial said that this program can scan your computer and fix the problems, completely FREE! Turns out that is just not the case. Now it tells me I have 32 issues but they can't be fixed unless I pay for an upgrade. Very disappointing.

9/4/2010 9:34:13 PM Support told me to make rcovery disk and then use that to recover system twice. Made backup using windows backup recovery utility, which told me it had done so. After the recovery was completed and still having the same problem with system, because someone in Bangladesh is the support person, and doesn't have a grasp on his job, I lost all my information, had too get some of info from old system. System still wants to boot from CD/DVD ROM, changed all settings in BIOS. I'm thinking the motherboard battery is probably bad. I will update BIOS first and see if that clears the problem with bootup.
