Attempting to open a program locks the computer and forces shut down. The computer also does not shut down once in normal mode -- a continuous "logging off" is shown with no movement to close. |

Now it said to fix Drive D, I need to delete everything in the recycle bin, and there is no files to delete, for I already deleted the recycle bin. It freezes often, is slow, shuts itself down (or randomly reboots when I shut it down) - I am at my wit's end! |

| 4/19/2010 7:04:46 PM | This computer has gradually gotten worse and worse. I downloaded this PC Tune-Up Plus as recommended by a Dell representative and it has done nothing for my computer. It does not even show anything is wrong with it. I am always running at 100% CPU usage. |
