Attempting to open a program locks the computer and forces shut down. The computer also does not shut down once in normal mode -- a continuous "logging off" is shown with no movement to close. |

Now it said to fix Drive D, I need to delete everything in the recycle bin, and there is no files to delete, for I already deleted the recycle bin. I thought if I had you to scan it, you would be able to fix it. you were not able to do that for some reason. I just don't know what to do. Thanks anyway. I guess I will hsve to call Dell. |
