| 2/1/2010 8:01:09 PM | There have been numerous problems with this machine. The hard drive had to be replaced, and it constantly beeps not recognizing the battery. Also the dvd/dvr drive was not opeating and I have had to call Dell at least 4 times for problem resolution. |

| 8/14/2010 2:31:36 PM | It has always been very slow on startup and when opening windows mail and internet. Frequently seems to start scans at unscheduled times and will grind on incessently when scanning and updates. The computer has been/is unusable as an office computer. |
